After a very inspiring 5-months of immense personal and cooperative growth we are proud to share our Vision Statement:
'friends of light' is dedicated to growing economically vibrant ecosystems of small scale fibers producers, textile artisans and designers within different localities, by contributing visibility, inspiration, exchange, beauty, joy, and solidarity.
We see worker cooperatives as a transformative political tool to create economically and socially just societies that have human values and human needs at their core. We commit to transforming the textile and fashion industry into an expression of our common wealth and well-being, one worker-owned business at a time.
